"A United States federal law which specifies the budget and expenditures of the United States Department of Defense for Fiscal Year 2016. Sec. 574. Report on preliminary mental health screenings for individuals becoming members of the Armed Forces. Sec. 716. Licensure of mental health professionals in TRICARE program. Sec. 717. Expansion of reimbursement for smoking cessation services for certain TRICARE beneficiaries. Sec. 712.
